...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW TODAY INTO THIS EVENING...

.SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD OVER PARTS OF CENTRAL WISCONSIN AND
EAST CENTRAL WISCONSIN THIS MORNING AS A WINTER STORM SYSTEM
TRACKS OVER ILLINOIS. BETWEEN 2 TO 4 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE
SOUTH OF A LINE FROM WISCONSIN RAPIDS TO TWO RIVERS...WITH THE
HIGHER AMOUNTS LIKELY SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 21. LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS
WILL BE POSSIBLE ALONG THE MANITOWOC COUNTY LAKESHORE AS WELL.  AS
THE WINTER STORM INTENSIFIES TODAY INTO THIS EVENING...STRONG
NORTHEAST WINDS WILL COMBINE WITH THE NEW SNOW TO PRODUCE
CONSIDERABLE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. NEAR BLIZZARD CONDITIONS
ARE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING ALONG THE LAKE
MICHIGAN SHORELINE OF MANITOWOC COUNTY.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GREEN BAY HAS ISSUED A WINTER
STORM WARNING FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL
10 PM CST THIS EVENING.

* SNOW WILL DEVELOP THIS MORNING AND MAY BECOME HEAVY AT TIMES
  ALONG THE LAKE MICHIGAN SHORELINE. LATE MORNING AND INTO THE
  AFTERNOON HOURS INCREASING NORTHEAST WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH
  GUSTS TO 35 MPH AT TIMES MAY PRODUCE CONSIDERABLE BLOWING AND
  DRIFTING OF THE NEW SNOWFALL.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 5 INCHES...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
  AMOUNTS POSSIBLE ALONG THE SHORELINE.

* MAIN IMPACT...THE STRONG NORTHEAST WINDS MAY PRODUCE NEAR WHITEOUT
  CONDITIONS ALONG THE LAKE MICHIGAN SHORELINE AND MAY IMPACT
  INTERSTATE 43.

A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW MEANS
SEVERE WINTER WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. THE
COMBINATION OF SNOW AND STRONG WINDS WILL MAKE TRAVEL VERY

  INCH NORTH.

* STRONG NORTHEAST WINDS INCREASING TO 20 TO 30 MPH WILL PRODUCE
  BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW ALONG WITH REDUCED
  VISIBILITIES...ESPECIALLY ALONG THE LAKE MICHIGAN SHORELINE.
