  PERE MARQUETTE RIVER NEAR SCOTTVILLE AFFECTING MASON COUNTY
  MUSKEGON RIVER AT EVART AFFECTING OSCEOLA COUNTY
  MUSKEGON RIVER NEAR CROTON AFFECTING NEWAYGO COUNTY
  CHIPPEWA RIVER BELOW MT PLEASANT AFFECTING ISABELLA COUNTY

.LIGHT RAIN IS EXPECTED TO MOVE IN THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY. LESS
THAN A QUARTER INCH IS EXPECTED...WHICH SHOULD NOT HAVE A
SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON RIVER LEVELS. RIVER LEVELS HAVE MOSTLY
CRESTED AND ARE NOW ON THE DECLINE. THE FOLLOWING FORECAST IS BASED
ON OBSERVED AND FORECAST 24 HOUR PRECIPITATION.

* FLOOD STAGE IS 12.0 FEET.
* RECORD FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND RECORD FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL REMAIN NEAR 15.9 FEET THROUGH LATE
  TONIGHT BEFORE CONTINUING A SLOW FALL. THE RIVER WILL FALL BELOW
  FLOOD STAGE NEXT WEDNESDAY.
* IMPACT...AT 14.5 FEET...HIGH WATER AFFECTS THE SEWAGE TREATMENT
  PLANT.

  UPSTREAM OF NEWAYGO ON SALMON RUN AND RUSSELL ROAD IN CROTON
  TOWNSHIP...THE DEVILS HOLE AREA...AND GARDNER DRIVE IN BROOKS
  TOWNSHIP.  EXPECT MAJOR FLOODING OF HOMES DOWNSTREAM OF NEWAYGO IN
  THE ANDERSON FLATS AREA...SUGAR BUSH LANE AND MAPLE DRIVE...BELL
  MEADOW DRIVE...AND THE LOWER BRIDGETON AREA.  EXPECT WATER TO BE
  OVER SOUTH RIVER DRIVE IN THE LOWER BRIDGETON AREA.  RIVER LANE
  IMPASSABLE IN THE OLD WOMANS BEND AREA.
