MORNING WILL MOVE SLOWLY SOUTH THROUGH THE GREAT LAKES REGION TODAY
AND WEDNESDAY, THEN STALL OVER OHIO FOR A FEW DAYS. THE LOW IS
EXPECTED TO MOVE BACK TO THE NORTH OVER THE WEEKEND. CLOUDS AND
