* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts of 40 to 50 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west
  central Michigan.

* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
