 * GUSTS AS HIGH AS 50 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE ALONG THE LAKE SHORE
   COUNTIES.

 * TREE LIMBS COULD BE BROUGHT DOWN BY THE HIGH WINDS.

 * ISOLATED POWER OUTAGES WILL BE POSSIBLE.

 * WIND BLOWN SNOW IS EXPECTED INTO FRIDAY AFTERNOON WHICH WILL
