HYDROLOGIC STATEMENT

The following forecasts are for rivers in southwest lower michigan...

For the Grand River At Jackson... the latest stage was 8.6 feet at 1
AM Saturday.   No flooding is forecast.  The maximum stage forecasted
is 12.8 feet this morning.  Flood stage is 14.0 feet.  At 13.0
feet... River is bankfull. River begins to flow into low lying
areas..

Safety message...Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
