The following forecasts are for rivers in southwest lower michigan...

For the Grand River At Grand Rapids... the latest stage was 7.5 feet
at 10 AM Wednesday. No flooding is forecast. The maximum stage
forecast is 9.6 feet Friday early afternoon. Flood stage is 18.0
feet.

For the Grand River At Robinson Township... the latest stage was 11.4
feet at 9 AM Wednesday. No flooding is forecast. The maximum stage
forecast is 11.7 feet Friday morning. Flood stage is 13.3 feet.
At 13.0 feet... River is bankfull.

For the Flat River Near Smyrna... the latest stage was 4.6 feet at 9
AM Wednesday. No flooding is forecast. The maximum stage forecast is
5.2 feet Friday morning. Flood stage is 8.5 feet.

Safety message... Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
