HYDROLOGIC STATEMENT

...Water levels on the Muskegon River at Croton may rise above
bankfull later this week...

.Rainfall amounts across the Muskegon River basin Wednesday night
into Thursday may exceed one inch. If this occurs, the river at
Croton will rise above bankfull by Friday. The following forecast
is based on observed and forecast 24 hour precipitation.

For the Muskegon River Near Croton... the latest stage was 7.4 feet
at 9 AM Wednesday. The maximum stage forecasted is 8.3 feet early
Saturday morning. Flood stage is 9.0 feet. At 8.0 feet... the river
is bankfull, and minor flooding begins in low lying areas.

Safety message...Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
