 * SNOW SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED TO INTENSIFY LATE TUESDAY AFTERNOON.

 * HEAVIEST SNOW SHOWERS WILL BE FOUND ALONG THE U.S.-31 CORRIDOR
   NORTH OF MUSKEGON...AND NORTHWEST OF BALDWIN.

 * LOCALLY HEAVIER BURSTS OF SNOW CAN BE EXPECTED UNDER HEAVIER
   BANDS WHERE SNOWFALL RATES OF AN INCH PER HOUR WILL BE
   POSSIBLE FROM LATE TUESDAY INTO THURSDAY MORNING.

 * ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY...MAINLY
   BEGINNING LATE ON TUESDAY.

 * ROAD SALT WILL BECOME LESS EFFECTIVE TUESDAY NIGHT AND
   CONTINUE THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING WITH TEMPERATURES
   STRUGGLING TO REACH 20 DEGREES.

 * MORNING AND EVENING COMMUTES WILL BE IMPACTED FROM LATE
