...THE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL
500 AM EDT FOR SOUTHWESTERN ALLEN COUNTY...

AT 301 AM EDT RAIN HAD ENDED OVER THE AREA. HOWEVER... NATIONAL
WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN
FELL BETWEEN 10PM AND 3AM IN PORTIONS SOUTHWEST ALLEN COUNTY...
WITH HEAVIEST AMOUNTS JUST WEST OF THE CITY OF FORT WAYNE. RUNOFF
FROM THIS HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE SOME FLOODING OF LOW
LYING AREAS EARLY THIS MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE
