Never drive vehicles through flooded areas. The water may be too deep
to allow safe passage. Never allow children to play in or near flood
waters. Stay tuned to NOAA Weather Radio or local media for further
statements and updated forecasts.

  Monday night.
* At 17.0 feet...There are extensive flooding problems throughout
  Plymouth.

* Minor flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 14.1 feet by
  Saturday morning. The river will fall below flood stage around
  Wednesday morning.
* At 14.0 feet...Flooding closes county roads and state routes 8, 17,
  and 23. Flood water surrounds residences on the north side of Knox.

* At 10.6 feet...Expect moderate flooding of Scidmore Park. Flooding
  of the basements of several homes and businesses along south Main
  Street in the vicinity of the lumber yard can be expected.

* Forecast...The river will rise to a crest of 10.4 feet by 1 pm
  February 24th.
* At 10.0 feet...A major flood is in progress. Expect extensive
  inundation and damage. Many primary roads and bridges will be
  closed and many people evacuated.

  of Stryker.

  floods. Rear houses at 600 block of Riverside Avenue and 312
  Auglaize Street and the basement of Charlie`s Downunder on Clinton
  Street flood.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 13.4 feet which occurred
  on Apr 29 2011.

  below flood stage around Monday afternoon.
* At 12.5 feet...Recreational campgrounds near Napoleon begin to
  flood.

* At 16.5 feet...Flood waters will approach the top of the Montpelier
  Dikes with several roads becoming impassible. Water begins to hit
  the bottom of the bridge at the gage site.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 15.5 feet which occurred
  on Dec 1 2011.

* At 15.0 feet...Flooding of lowland and farmland near the river
  increases.

  Several houses have water to their foundations on Steinberger Lake
  Drive.

* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage
  around Saturday morning.
* At 10.0 feet...Several residential streets are flooded in Goshen.
  US 33 begins to flood. Flooding from Chicago Poke Plaza reaches
  residential areas near the intersection of Indiana and Berkey
  Avenues in Goshen.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 10.4 feet which occurred
  on Feb 6 2008.

* At Thursday afternoon the stage was 17.2 feet and falling
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 18.4 feet by
  Sunday afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage around
  early Tuesday morning.
* At 18.5 feet...County Road 225 North...just north of Pleasant Mills
  Indiana is closed by flood water. Low land areas of Kekionga Park
  on the southeast side of Decatur begin flooding. Flooding is
  limited to farm land in Pleasant Mills Indiana and Wilshire Ohio.
