...flooding severity forecast to increase from Minor to Moderate for
the following rivers in Indiana

  Little River above Huntington affecting Allen...Huntington and
  Wabash Counties
  Spy Run Creek at Spy Run affecting Allen County


.A low pressure system moving through has caused large amounts of
rain to fall which has caused the rivers to rise into flood.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety message...Never drive vehicles through flooded areas. the
water may be too deep to allow safe passage. Never allow children to
play in or near flood waters. Stay tuned to NOAA Weather Radio or
local media for further statements and updated forecasts.

...Forecast flooding increased from Minor to Major severity...
The Flood Warning continues for
 The Spy Run Creek at Spy Run
* until further notice.
* At Saturday afternoon the stage was 13.0 feet and rising.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* At 13.0 feet...City of Fort Wayne constructs temporary flood
  protection for Eastbrook Drive. State Street is closed between
  Clinton and Wells Streets due to flooding.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 14.6 feet which occurred
  on Jun 1 2013.

The Flood Warning continues for
 The Little River above Huntington
* until Tuesday morning.
* At Saturday afternoon the stage was 16.5 feet and rising.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 17.8 feet around
  10 PM Saturday June 27. The river will fall below flood stage
  around 06 AM Monday June 29.
* At 18.0 feet...Extensive flooding is in progress.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 17.8 feet which occurred
  on May 27 2011.
