   THE LOWER TO MID 70S PROVIDING LITTLE RELIEF FROM THE HEAT.

 * MAXIMUM AFTERNOON HEAT INDEX VALUES...AROUND 100 ON SATURDAY.

 * DANGEROUS HEAT AND HUMIDITY MAY CONTINUE ACROSS AT LEAST A
   PORTION OF THIS AREA INTO SUNDAY.

 * IMPACTS...THERE IS A HIGH RISK OF HEAT RELATED ILLNESSES FOR
   PEOPLE WITH PROLONGED OUTDOOR EXPOSURE...OR WITHOUT ACCESS TO
   AIR CONDITIONING. THE ELDERLY...SMALL CHILDREN...AND PETS ARE
   ESPECIALLY SUSCEPTIBLE TO THE HEAT.

ROOM...STAY OUT OF THE SUN...AND CHECK UP ON RELATIVES AND
NEIGHBORS.

TAKE EXTRA PRECAUTIONS...IF YOU WORK OR SPEND TIME OUTSIDE. WHEN
POSSIBLE...RESCHEDULE STRENUOUS ACTIVITIES TO EARLY MORNING OR
EVENING. KNOW THE SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF HEAT EXHAUSTION AND HEAT
