SOUTH OF HARTFORD CITY TO 26 MILES SOUTHWEST OF DUNKIRK...MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

ONE HALF INCH DIAMETER HAIL...WINDS UP TO 50 MPH...FREQUENT CLOUD TO
GROUND LIGHTNING AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.
MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR MINOR STREET FLOODING AND PONDING
