AM EDT. VISIBILITIES ARE EXPECTED TO IMPROVE MORE RAPIDLY AFTER 10
AM EDT. MOTORISTS SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN TRAVELLING ACROSS
THE AREA THROUGH THE MID MORNING HOURS...AND BE PREPARED FOR RAPID
CHANGES IN VISIBILITIES OVER SHORT DISTANCES.
