AT 217 PM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
BAND OF MODERATE SNOW WITH SNOWFALL RATES OF ONE HALF TO ONE INCH PER
HOUR...ALONG AND NORTH OF A BRIDGMAN TO NILES LINE.

VISIBILITIES IN THIS SNOW BAND WILL FALL BELOW ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES
WITH SNOWFALL ACCUMULATION UP TO AN INCH PER HOUR...CREATING
HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS ON AREA ROADS. GUSTY WINDS WILL CAUSE
CONSIDERABLE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. TRAVELERS SHOULD EXERCISE
CAUTION...ESPECIALLY IN OPEN AREAS. THE BAND MAY PERSIST THROUGH 4
