BAND OF MODERATE SNOW WITH SNOWFALL RATES OF ONE HALF TO ONE INCH
PER HOUR...WINDS GREATER THAN 20 MPH...ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 9
MILES SOUTHWEST OF BREMEN TO NORTH WEBSTER...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20
MPH.

VISIBILITIES IN THIS SNOW BAND WILL FALL BELOW ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES
WITH SNOWFALL ACCUMULATION UP TO AN INCH PER HOUR...CREATING
HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS ON AREA ROADS. GUSTY WINDS WILL CAUSE
SOME BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. TRAVELERS SHOULD EXERCISE
CAUTION...ESPECIALLY IN OPEN AREAS INCLUDING THE HIGHWAY 30 CORRIDOR.
