...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT EASTERN GRANT...
BLACKFORD...SOUTHWESTERN WELLS AND JAY COUNTIES...

At 604 AM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Van Buren to 7 miles southeast of
Alexandria. Movement was southeast at 40 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph are possible with these storms along with
torrential rainfall and brief localized flooding.

Locations impacted include...
Portland, Hartford City, Gas City, Upland, Dunkirk, Montpelier,
Redkey, Van Buren, Pennville, Matthews, Center, Fowlerton, Shamrock
Lakes, Salamonia, Landess, Brice, Mill Grove, Como, Bellfountain and
Collett.

This includes Interstate 69 in Indiana between mile markers 252 and
270.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
