AT 436 PM EDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS NEAR CONSTANTINE...OR 9
MILES SOUTHWEST OF THREE RIVERS...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

RAINFALL RATES OF UP TO AN INCH PER HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THIS
STORM...WHICH MAY CAUSE RAPID PONDING OF WATER IN LOW AREAS. IN
ADDITION...ISOLATED WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE.
