OF TOPEKA TO LIGONIER TO 14 MILES SOUTH OF LIGONIER...MOVING EAST AT
30 MPH.

WINDS UP TO 50 MPH...FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND BRIEF
HEAVY DOWNPOURS ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.
