AT 203 PM EST...A BAND OF SNOW SHOWERS WAS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING
FROM NEAR MISHAWAKA TO 2 MILES NORTH OF SYRACUSE...AND MOVING
SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH. VISIBILITIES WILL FALL TO UNDER A QUARTER MILE
IN THIS BAND OF SNOW WITH ACCUMULATIONS OF A HALF TO ONE INCH IN AN
HOUR.
