...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN WHITE...
SOUTHEASTERN PULASKI...SOUTHWESTERN FULTON AND NORTHERN CASS
COUNTIES...

At 303 PM EDT/203 PM CDT/, a strong thunderstorm was located near
Royal Center, or 10 miles northeast of Monticello, moving east at 25
mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Royal Center, Kewanna, Burnettsville, Leases Corner, Metea, Grass
Creek, Thornhope, Fletcher, Lucerne, Bell Center, Marshtown, Lake
Cicott and Hoover.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
