STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 22 MILES WEST OF ST.
JOSEPH TO 9 MILES NORTHWEST OF LONG BEACH TO 16 MILES WEST OF
WESTVILLE...MOVING EAST AT 55 MPH. MARINE WEATHER OBSERVATIONS HAVE
SHOWN WIND GUSTS TO 45 MPH WITH THE STRONGEST STORMS.

WINDS UP TO 50 MPH...OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND BRIEF
