 * LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS WITH BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WILL
   CONTINUE TO EXPAND IN COVERAGE AND INCREASE IN INTENSITY THIS
   EVENING. THE MORE SIGNIFICANT LAKE EFFECT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS
   ARE EXPECTED FROM LATER THIS EVENING THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING.

 * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS GENERALLY 4 TO 8 INCHES BY LATE FRIDAY.
   LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE.

 * WIND CHILLS 10 ABOVE TO 15 ABOVE ZERO.

IMPACTS...

 * BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WILL CAUSE HAZARDOUS DRIVING
   CONDITIONS ON SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY ROADS ESPECIALLY FROM
   THIS EVENING THROUGH FRIDAY.

 * SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED VISIBILITIES ARE EXPECTED IN THE
   HEAVIER SNOW SHOWERS.

 * THE FRIDAY MORNING COMMUTE WILL LIKELY BE ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY

   LESSER ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE CENTRAL AND
