THE CENTRAL LAKES MONDAY AND PULL AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT ACROSS LAKE
ERIE.  A TROUGH WILL ROTATE SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE LAKES TUESDAY.
HIGH PRESSURE 30.20 INCHES WILL MOVE UP THE OHIO VALLEY TUESDAY
NIGHT THEN A LOW 30.00 INCHES SHOULD DEVELOP NEAR DETROIT BY
