Open Lake Forecast for Lake Erie

For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front will sink south across the lake
overnight as low pressure of 29.90 inches passes to the east.
The front will stall south of the lake on Friday before lifting
back north as a warm front on Saturday. Low pressure of 29.80
inches will slide along the front north of the lake on Saturday
night forcing the front back south of Lake Erie by early Sunday.
High pressure 30.10 inches will move across the Great Lakes the
first half of next week.
