Open Lake Forecast for Lake Erie

For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Elongated high pressure 30.10 inches centered over
the Great Lakes will slowly weaken tonight. The high pressure
will dissipate Wednesday as the remnants of Irma, 29.70 inches,
reaches western Tennessee. The low will continue to dissipate
Thursday and early Friday as it tracks east across the lower Ohio
Valley. A weak high pressure 30.10 inches will build across the
lake Friday and Saturday. A cold front will move east toward the
lake Sunday.
