1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure of 30.30 inches in the central plains
will begin to build across the Ohio Valley tonight and Monday and
will be in place from Tuesday through the remainder of the week.
