For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Weak low pressure, the remnants of Irma, 29.70
inches, was over the lower Ohio Valley. The low will continue to
weaken and track across the Ohio Valley to the mid Atlantic coast
by Friday. Weak high pressure 30.10 inches will build across the
eastern Great Lakes by Saturday. A weakening cold front from the
upper midwest will move east across Lake Erie on Monday.
