.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE...MEASURING 30.50 INCHES...WILL SETTLE
OVER THE EASTERN SEABOARD TODAY.  LOW PRESSURE...AVERAGING 29.40
INCHES...WILL MEANWHILE MOVE ACROSS NORTHERN ONTARIO. STRONG FLOW
BETWEEN THESE TWO SYSTEMS WILL CREATE STRONG SOUTHWEST WINDS OVER
