1/3 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM. OCCASIONAL WAVE HEIGHT IS THE AVERAGE OF
THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...A BROAD REGION OF LOW PRESSURE WILL AVERAGE 29.90 INCHES
AND LINGER OVER EASTERN QUEBEC DURING MOST OF THE WEEK. THIS WILL
COMBINE WITH EQUALLY BROAD HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE PLAINS TO MAINTAIN
COOL BUT LIGHT NORTHWEST TO WESTERLY WIND EACH DAY. CLUSTERS OF
SHOWERS WILL MOVE OVER THE MARINE AREAS EACH DAY WITH THE BEST
CHANCE OF RAIN DURING THE WARMEST PORTION OF THE AFTERNOON THROUGH
