FROM NORTH TO SOUTH TODAY...SWIFTLY CHANGING WIND DIRECTION FROM
SOUTHERLY TO NORTHERLY THIS MORNING. WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN
FROM THE WEST TO NORTHWEST THROUGHOUT TUESDAY AS CONDITIONS START TO
DRY OUT. HIGH PRESSURE...30.70 INCHES...WILL PUSH SOUTHEAST FROM
MANITOBA...AND WILL SITUATE OVER THE GREAT LAKES BY LATE
WEDNESDAY...WEAKENING SLIGHTLY TO 30.60 INCHES. PRESSURE WILL
GRADUALLY DIMINISH DOWN TO 30.30 INCHES LATE THURSDAY...BEFORE LOW
PRESSURE BRINGS THE NEXT CHANCE FOR PRECIPITATION EARLY FRIDAY.
