For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure, 29.80 inches, will track from southern
Lake Michigan this morning across southern Lower Michigan to Lake
Erie this afternoon. Meanwhile, high pressure of 30.00 inches, will
expand from northern Ontario today to the eastern Great Lakes on
Wednesday. Low pressure is forecast to organize over the upper
Midwest on Wednesday, then lift into the northern Great Lakes
Thursday and Thursday night. This system will drive a warm front
across Lower Michigan and Lake Huron on Thursday. This low will
slowly depart to the east on Friday.

.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots veering to the northeast
early in the morning. Waves 2 feet or less.
.WEDNESDAY...East winds 5 to 10 knots veering to the southeast in
the late morning and afternoon. Waves 2 feet or less.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots. Waves 1 to
3 feet.
.THURSDAY...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to
20 knots late in the morning...then becoming east 10 to 15 knots
late in the evening. Showers with thunderstorms likely. A chance
of showers and thunderstorms after midnight. Waves 3 to 5 feet
building to 4 to 6 feet late in the afternoon. Waves occasionally
around 8 feet.
.FRIDAY...East winds 5 to 10 knots becoming south 10 to 15 knots
in the late morning and early afternoon...then veering to the
west until early morning. A chance of showers and thunderstorms
early in the morning. Waves 3 to 5 feet subsiding to 2 to 4 feet
until early morning.
.SATURDAY...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming west 5 to
10 knots until early morning. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to
3 feet until early morning.
