.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE...AROUND 29.50 INCHES...WILL MOVE FROM
UPPER MICHIGAN OVER LAKE HURON AND LOWER MICHIGAN TODAY AND STALL
THROUGH TUESDAY. THE LOW BEING OVERHEAD WILL LEAD TO LIGHT AND
VARIABLE WIND WITH INCREASING SNOW SHOWERS TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY.
THE WIND WILL INCREASE FROM THE NORTH TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY
AS THE SYSTEM MOVES TOWARD LAKE ONTARIO. EXPECT BUILDING WAVES AND
