1/3 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM. OCCASIONAL WAVE HEIGHT IS THE AVERAGE OF
THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM...29.40 INCHES...WILL DROP
SOUTHWARD OVER PORTIONS OF ONTARO NORTH OF LAKE SUPERIOR TODAY. AN
ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT WILL THEN PUSH THROUGH LAKE HURON TONIGHT. A
MUCH STRONGER LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL STRENGTHEN NEAR THE ATLANTIC
COASTLINE AND CANADIAN MARITIMES TO 28.60 INCHES BY THURSDAY
EVENING. AT THIS SAME TIME...A RIDGE OF SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL
BUILD INTO THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES.
