.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.10 INCHES WILL BUILD SLOWLY EAST
FROM THE NORTHERN GREAT LAKES AND ONTARIO TONIGHT INTO QUEBEC BY
LATE MONDAY AND MONDAY NIGHT. A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL THEN TRACK
INTO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES ON TUESDAY...WOBBLING SLOWLY EAST
