For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Strengthening low pressure averaging 29.50 inches will
move northeast along a frontal boundary settled across the central
Great Lakes late tonight into Sunday morning. The low pressure and
frontal boundary will move east of the region Sunday afternoon as
high pressure averaging 30.20 inches builds into the region through
early next week.

NIGHT...

.TONIGHT...East winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 20 to 25 knots
late in the evening...then decreasing to 15 to 20 knots after
midnight decreasing to 10 to 15 knots early in the morning.
Showers and a chance of thunderstorms. Waves 2 to 4 feet building
to 5 to 7 feet in the late evening and overnight. Waves
occasionally around 10 feet.
.SUNDAY...Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots becoming northwest to
30 knots with gusts to 40 knot gales early in the afternoon...
then increasing to 35 knot gales with gusts to 40 knot gales late
in the afternoon. Showers and a chance of thunderstorms until
late afternoon...then a chance of showers late in the afternoon.
Waves 6 to 9 feet building to 10 to 14 feet late in the
afternoon. Waves occasionally around 18 feet.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds to 30 knots with gusts to 40 knot
gales decreasing to 10 to 15 knots. A chance of showers early in
the evening. Waves 10 to 14 feet subsiding to 3 to 5 feet. Waves
occasionally around 18 feet.
.MONDAY...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots backing to the west in
the late morning and afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to
15 to 20 knots after midnight. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 2 to
4 feet in the late evening and overnight.
.TUESDAY...Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts to 30 knots
decreasing to 5 to 10 knots. Waves 3 to 5 feet subsiding to 1 to
3 feet late in the evening.
.WEDNESDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to
20 knots in the late evening and early morning. Waves 1 to 3 feet
building to 3 to 5 feet until early morning.
.THURSDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots decreasing to 5 to

late in the afternoon. Locally heavy rainfall possible early in
the morning. Waves 8 to 12 feet building to 12 to 16 feet late in
the afternoon. Waves occasionally around 20 feet.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...Northwest at 35 knot gales with gusts to 45 knot
gales decreasing to 15 to 20 knots with gusts to 30 knots. A
chance of showers early in the evening. Waves 12 to 16 feet
subsiding to 8 to 12 feet after midnight. Waves occasionally
around 20 feet. A gale warning may be needed.
.MONDAY...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming west 5 to
10 knots early in the afternoon. Waves 3 to 5 feet.
