For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure clipper system averaging 29.60 inches
will continue to push east across Michigan through Monday evening,
and will be positioned across New England by Tuesday afternoon. A
brief increase in pressure up to 29.90 inches is expected across the
Great Lakes by Wednesday afternoon before a second clipper system,
averaging 29.60 inches, drops south of Michigan Wednesday into
Thursday.
