.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE...29.70 INCHES...WILL CONTINUE TO TRACK
EAST THROUGH THE MID ATLANTIC STATES.  A RIDGE OF HIGH
PRESSURE...30.20 INCHES...WILL THEN BUILD INTO THE CENTRAL GREAT
LAKES ON MONDAY.  A NEW SURFACE TROUGH WILL THEN DEVELOP OVER THE
REGION ON TUESDAY...FOLLOWED BY A STRONG COLD FRONT SWINGING THROUGH
