.SYNOPSIS...SOUTH WIND WILL DEVELOP OVER THE REGION AS THE NEXT LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM APPROACHES THE GREAT LAKES TODAY THROUGH TONIGHT.
THIS SYSTEM...AVERAGING 29.90 INCHES...WILL MERGE WITH ANOTHER LOW
IN THE OHIO VALLEY DURING SATURDAY AND PULL AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT
THROUGH THE REGION SUNDAY. COLD HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN LINGER OVER
