OHIO VALLEY AND EASTERN GREAT LAKES ON MONDAY. THE HIGH WILL
EXPAND INTO THE MID ATLANTIC ON TUESDAY AND WILL SLOWLY EXIT THE
EAST COAST ON WEDNESDAY...ALLOWING A COLD FRONT TO MOVE INTO THE
