WAVES ARE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT - THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST
1/3 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM. OCCASIONAL WAVE HEIGHT IS THE AVERAGE OF
THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...WEAK LOW PRESSURE OVER QUEBEC WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE EAST
TONIGHT AND PULL AND EQUALLY WEAK COLD FRONT THE REST OF THE WAY
THROUGH THE GREAT LAKES. THE FRONT WILL USHER HIGH PRESSURE BACK
INTO THE REGION TUESDAY WHICH WILL THEN BE REINFORCED BY ANOTHER
COLD FRONT WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY. THE NEXT STRONGER LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEM IS DUE IN CENTRAL CANADA FRIDAY AND IS EXPECTED TO BRING
UNSETTLED CONDITIONS TO THE GREAT LAKES THIS WEEKEND.
