NIGHT...WHILE A SECONDARY LOW DEEPENS NEAR JAMES BAY. HIGH PRESSURE
WILL SLOWLY EXPAND INTO THE GREAT LAKES AND OHIO VALLEY FROM THE
WEST WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.
