WAVES ARE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT - THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST
1/3 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM. OCCASIONAL WAVE HEIGHT IS THE AVERAGE OF
THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.20 INCHES WILL STEADILY SHIFT
EASTWARD ACROSS THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES TONIGHT. SOUTHERLY WIND WILL
THEN INCREASE AHEAD OF THE NEXT LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM AS IT MOVES
TOWARD THE STRAITS FROM NORTHWEST ONTARIO. THIS LOW AND ASSOCIATED
COLD FRONT WILL TRACK THROUGH LAKE HURON AND LOWER MICHIGAN DURING
MONDAY AND MONDAY NIGHT AND BE FOLLOWED BY STRONG NORTHWEST WIND
SHIFTING NORTHEAST INTO TUESDAY. HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN BUILD INTO
THE REGION TUESDAY NIGHT AND LAST THROUGH MID WEEK.
