1/3 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM. OCCASIONAL WAVE HEIGHT IS THE AVERAGE OF
THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.70 INCHES WILL
REMAIN OVER THE GREAT LAKES TODAY BEFORE WEAK HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES
OVER THE REGION TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY. THE NEXT LARGER LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM AT 29.40 INCHES WILL MOVE IN FROM THE PLAINS TUESDAY
NIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY. COLDER NORTHWEST WIND NEAR GALES WILL
DEVELOP OVER MARINE AREAS BEHIND THIS SYSTEM BY THURSDAY BEFORE
DIMINISHING FRIDAY INTO NEXT WEEKEND.
