1/3 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM. OCCASIONAL WAVE HEIGHT IS THE AVERAGE OF
THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE...29.90 INCHES...WILL MOVE OVER THE
SOUTHERN GREAT LAKES REGION THIS EVENING.  THIS LOW WILL WEAKEN AS
IT SETTLES TO THE SOUTH ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY.
HIGH PRESSURE THEN BUILDS IN FROM THE NORTH AND HOLDS ACROSS THE
GREAT LAKES REGION THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
