For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front...29.80 inches...will slide through Lake
Huron and northern Lower Michigan today. high pressure of 30.10
inches will then move in tonight. Deepening low pressure will then
swing through the Ohio Valley on Monday and lift northeast into the
Eastern Great Lakes Monday night.

EVENING...

.TODAY...West winds 15 to 20 knots. Gusts to 30 knots in the
morning then 30 knots late in the afternoon. A chance of snow
showers. Waves 5 to 7 feet. Waves occasionally around 10 feet.
.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts to 30 knots
becoming west 5 to 10 knots. A chance of snow showers early in
the evening. Waves 4 to 6 feet.
.MONDAY...North winds 5 to 10 knots veering to the south in the
late morning and early afternoon...then increasing to 10 to
15 knots early in the afternoon. A chance of snow showers in the
morning. Snow showers likely in the afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet
building to 2 to 4 feet early in the afternoon. Waves
occasionally around 8 feet.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming northwest
20 to 25 knots with gusts to 40 knot gales after midnight. Snow
showers likely until early morning...then a chance of snow
showers early in the morning. Waves 3 to 5 feet building to 8 to
12 feet after midnight. Waves occasionally around 15 feet.
