1/3 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM. OCCASIONAL WAVE HEIGHT IS THE AVERAGE OF
THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE...29.60 INCHES...OVER THE EASTERN BASIN OF
LAKE ERIE WILL LIFT TOWARD GEORGAIN BAY TODAY. THE LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEM IS THEN EXPECTED TO TRACK TOWARDS QUEBEC FOR FRIDAY. THE
SURFACE LOW WILL RAPIDLY DEEPEN OVER QUEBEC FRIDAY AND WILL RESULT
IN THE PASSAGE OF A STRONG COLD FRONT ACROSS LOWER MICHIGAN AND LAKE
HURON FRIDAY NIGHT.
