.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE...30.40 INCHES...WILL BUILD FROM MANITOBA
INTO LOWER MICHIGAN THROUGH TONIGHT. THIS HIGH WILL EXPAND INTO THE
EASTERN GREAT LAKES ON MONDAY AND REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY THROUGH
TUESDAY. A DEEPENING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IS FORECAST TO MOVE ACROSS
