For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure, approaching 30.70 inches, will
move east over the region tonight. This high will become established
over the Northeast on Saturday while weak low pressure, 30.10
inches, tracks from Lake Superior to just north of Lake Huron.
Another weak area of low pressure, 30.20 inches, will then track
eastward across the southern Great Lakes on Sunday.

.REST OF TONIGHT...South winds 5 to 10 knots increasing to 10 to
15 knots early in the morning. A chance of snow showers early in the
morning. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.SATURDAY...South winds 15 to 20 knots. A chance of snow showers.
A chance of showers in the afternoon. Waves 3 to 5 feet.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...South winds 15 to 20 knots becoming southwest 10
to 15 knots after midnight. A chance of showers early in the
evening. Snow showers likely until early morning. A chance of
showers after midnight. Waves 3 to 5 feet.
.SUNDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots early in the morning
becoming light and variable. A chance of showers early in the
morning. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...Light and variable winds becoming west 5 to 10 knots
in the late evening and overnight. Waves 2 feet or less.
.MONDAY...West winds 5 to 10 knots backing to the southwest late in
the evening. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TUESDAY...South winds 5 to 10 knots increasing to 10 to 15 knots
until early morning. Showers likely after midnight. Waves 1 to 3
feet building to 3 to 5 feet in the late evening and early morning.
.WEDNESDAY...South winds 15 to 20 knots decreasing to 10 to 15 knots
in the late morning and early afternoon...then becoming southwest 15
to 20 knots early in the evening veering to the northwest in the
late evening and early morning. Showers until afternoon...then a
chance of showers early in the evening. Waves 5 to 7 feet. Waves
occasionally around 10 feet.
