1/3 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM. OCCASIONAL WAVE HEIGHT IS THE AVERAGE OF
THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...ORGANIZING LOW PRESSURE CURRENTLY OVER THE TENNESSEE
VALLEY WILL STRENGTHEN TO 30.00 INCHES AS IT TRACKS NORTHEAST ACROSS
THE OHIO VALLEY TONIGHT.  THIS LOW WILL SHIFT QUICKLY INTO QUEBEC AS
HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.30 INCHES BUILDS INTO THE GREAT LAKES ON
SATURDAY.  THIS HIGH WILL SLOWLY DRIFT THROUGH THE REGION THROUGHOUT
THE WEEKEND.
