WAVES ARE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT - THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST
1/3 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM. OCCASIONAL WAVE HEIGHT IS THE AVERAGE OF
THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...A COLD FRONT WILL DROP THROUGH THE AREA TONIGHT AS LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.70 INCHES PROGRESSES EAST TO QUEBEC. HIGH PRESSURE
WILL THEN BUILD THROUGH THE GREAT LAKES INTO MONDAY. THIS HIGH WILL
SUPPRESS ANOTHER LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM SOUTHWARD AS IT TRACKS ACROSS
THE OHIO VALLEY INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK.
