1/3 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM. OCCASIONAL WAVE HEIGHT IS THE AVERAGE OF
THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE...AVERAGING 30.40 INCHES...
WILL EXPAND ACROS THE GREAT LAKES REGION TODAY AND TONIGHT.
THIS HIGH WILL EXIT TO THE EAST BY EARLY FRIDAY.  THE NEXT LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM...29.90 INCHES...WILL THEN LIFT THROUGH THE REGION
FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY.  HIGH PRESSURE FILLS IN BEHIND THIS LOW
THROUGH THE LATTER HALF OF THE WEEKEND.
