THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...A POWERFUL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM AND COLD FRONT USHER IN
MORE UNSETTLED WEATHER FOR THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK. THIS LOW IS
EXPECTED TO DEEPEN TO 29.30 INCHES AS IT LIFTS ACROSS THE NORTHERN
GREAT LAKES WEDNESDAY EVENING. THE LOW WILL LIFT INTO QUEBEC BY
THURSDAY...ALLOWING HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS TO EXPAND
INTO THE AREA.
