1/3 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM. OCCASIONAL WAVE HEIGHT IS THE AVERAGE OF
THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.40 INCHES WILL MOVE ACROSS THE
NORTHERN GREAT LAKES TODAY.  THIS LOW WILL QUICKLY SHIFT INTO QUEBEC
BY TONIGHT.  HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.20 INCHES WILL THEN BUILD INTO THE
REGION THROUGH THE LATTER HALF OF THE WEEKEND.  THE NEXT LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM TRACKS ACROSS LOWER MICHIGAN ON MONDAY.
