.SYNOPSIS...SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL GRADUALLY BUILD INTO THE
WESTERN AND CENTRAL GREAT LAKES...STRENGTHENING TO 30.20 INCHES OVER
LAKE MICHIGAN BY WEDNESDAY. A WEAK TROUGH AND COLD FRONT WILL THEN
DROP THROUGH LAKE HURON THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT.
